M.B.F. is directed by Heather Clancy, who has worked in the animal training field since 1985. She is one of the few academically qualified behaviorists with a college degree in Exotic Animal Training and Management. In addition to her many years of involvement with canine obedience, she has trained a wide variety of animals including dolphins, big cats, birds, and primates. She has also obtained a teaching credential, giving her an exceptional ability to teach and communicate
